We are a driver-oriented company in McAllen, TX, offering flexibility, great pay, and strong driver support.

What We Offer:

Salary: $70K - $98K per year

Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,900

Miles: 3,000 - 4,000 per week (reset at home weekly)

Dedicated Routes: Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri

Bonuses & Incentives:

$500 anniversary bonus

$50 DOT inspection bonus (no violations)

$100 layover pay per day

$.48 CPM flat rate + $.54 CPM bonus for 12K monthly miles
