Job Overview

UP Trucking Services, LLC

is hiring CDL Class A Drivers

out of: 

Hidalgo, TX

 

We are a driver-oriented company in McAllen, TX, offering flexibility, great pay, and strong driver support.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $70K - $98K per year

  • Weekly Pay: $1,400 - $1,900

  • Miles: 3,000 - 4,000 per week (reset at home weekly)

  • Dedicated Routes: Indiana, Kansas, and Missouri

    • Bonuses & Incentives:

  • $500 anniversary bonus

  • $50 DOT inspection bonus (no violations)

  • $100 layover pay per day

  • $.48 CPM flat rate + $.54 CPM bonus for 12K monthly miles

    •  Medical Benefits:

  • Health, dental, vision, and free mental health services

  • 401(k) plan

    •  Additional Perks:

  • Paid time off, paid sick time, and paid training

  • Performance, retention, and safety bonuses

  • 6 days of vacation pay ($100 per day)

    •  Equipment & Support:

  • 2021 and newer Internationals & Freightliners

  • 24/7 roadside assistance & assigned dispatchers

  • 100% dry van, 50% drop & hook

  • House mechanics, fuel card with discounts

  • Payday: Every Friday (direct deposit or check)

    •  Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old

  • Minimum 18 months CDL Class A driving experience

  • Clean record (No DUIs, drug convictions, or human trafficking convictions)

    • Drive with a company that puts drivers first!
