Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR professional with a background in trucking and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the inner workings of a trucking company, including driver recruitment, compliance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, focusing on hiring top talent for driver and logistics roles.

  • Oversee compliance with DOT regulations and ensure all employees adhere to safety standards.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the trucking industry.

  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance team performance.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR-related documentation.

  • Provide strategic HR support to management to drive company goals and initiatives.

    • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR within the trucking and logistics industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Strong understanding of trucking operations and driver recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
