is hiring for a Trucking Dispatcher

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in trucking and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trucks, ensuring efficient routes, and maintaining communication with drivers to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely deliveries and pick-ups.

  • Monitor and track the status of loads, ensuring efficient routing.

  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates.

  • Resolve any logistical issues or emergencies that arise.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the trucking industry.

  • Strong understanding of trucking logistics and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficient with dispatch software and GPS systems.
